Tap at Pig Minds. A little more of a classic IPA, albeit massively hopped. Thickish sweet caramel malt backdrop, munich malt maybe. OK, but sort of middle of the road flavor wise. Well balanced I suppose, no off tones. Quality ingredients, but I find the Falconers Flight hops to be a little drab and bring it down a notch.

Tap at Pig Minds. Chalky chocolate black ale notes, molasses. Big rusty beige head on top of a black-brown body. Drinks like a Belgian Stout after awhile. Brown coffee notes. Full bodied, sugary, but not hot or overbearing. Fresh. Doughy. OK.

Tap at Pig Minds. Unfiltered chunky amber burgundy brown body. Surprisingly non-aromatic. Works well with the amber malt. Tastes like a nice Winter Warmer. Smooth and malty. Classic, the vanilla is in no way overbearing, but is present. Well done.

12oz pour. Massive bourbon aroma. Foamy off-white beige head. Unfiltered glowing amber-brown body. Has some of the fruity tones of a UK Barleywine, but the all out bourbon barrel feel sort of nullifies it. Pretty pleasant for the style. Sweet bourbon candy finish.
