Pour is a clear amber with a medium sized head. Slight aroma of vanilla. Flavor is also a slight vanilla which is fine by me and some times brewers can make the vanilla way overpowering. Finish leaves a little creaminess on the tongue. Tried it mostly because of the name.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a copper hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bourbon with sweet grains and bread backing. Flavor has a nice bourbon note with vanilla, grains and bread supporting.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours near black with a creamy brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has sweet dark grains, coffee, popcorn and some red wine notes. Flavor has whiskey, red wine and coffee with sweet dark grains supporting. Very muddled.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a deep brown with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of coffee with creamy sweet dark grains and light roast supporting. Flavor has a nice coffee note with sweet grains and a decent amount of roast backing.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep amber with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has has a nice smoke with bread and sweet grains supporting. Flavor has same nice smoke with bread and a bit of light grain backing.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has citrus and dank tropical fruit with a bit of sweet grains underlying. Flavor has bitter citrus and citrus rind with a hint of tropical fruit and a light sweet grain backbone.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy light gold with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has tart lemon and a hint of tropical fruits with a sweet wheat note underlying. Flavor has tart tropical fruit with a lemon bite and a bit of sweet wheat backing.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has notes of straw and hay with grass and a hint of pine underlying. Flavor has grass and straw with some grains and a hint of pine backing.
