Draft flight sampler. Clear dark amber with a white head. Minimal spotty lacing. Again not much bacon flavor, but niice, sweet and smooth amber beer with a hint of maple. Best of the bacon set.

Draft flight sampler. Pitch black color with a beige head. Minimal lacing. Smooth and creamy super black coffee grounds taste and not much else. Slight bacon background flavor is lost in the coffee grounds. Not a coffee fan.

Draft flight sampler. Clear medium amber color with very little head. Fair lacing. Not much bacon flavor. Tastes like an amber with a pepper shaker poured in it. Too peppery for me, but not bad.

Growler at the RBWG 2015 Grand Tasting. Pours rich brown with a beige cream head. Definitely peppercorns in the nose, along with some Belgian yeast. Medium sweet flavour with more pepper, burnt toast, brown bread, moderate earthy bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation and velvety texture. Pretty good balance on the finish. Very tasty.
