12 ounce bottle. Looks, smells and tastes exactly like ginger ale. There’s a bit of a bite to the ginger, and it’s not overly sweet, so it does seem somewhat natural, but in no way does it resemble beer.

Bottle at Craigs. Pours clear dark brown with no head. Aromas of swarfega, dandelion and burdock, I guess root beer. Taste is sweet, gummy sweets. Haribo, but not the nice ones. Sweet finish.

Bottle: Clear, bubbly gold with a very quick white head. Overall.....a ginger ale....though more flat than the soda-type. Spicy ginger...almost sticky-sweet. Scent and taste are about as expected, of course. It DOES have a pretty pleasant ginger sting to it, though.....not very "beery", but not bad as a novelty.

Bottle from Winco. Haters, stop comparing this to a beer, and rate it as if it was a ginger ale soda. That’s what it looks like, that’s what it smells like, and that’s what it tastes like, and probably the intent of the product to begin with. A bit of a sweet lingering finish, but all else right on target.

Bottle: Poured a light black color soda with a small bubbly head. Aroma of root beer with quite a bit of residual sugar notes. Taste is also dominated by sweet notes and taste exactly like a root beer. Body is thin with spritzy carbonation. Interesting but I don’t really drink soda and this is closer to soda than anything else.

Single bottle from Trader Joe in Vegas. Pours a dark brown colour with copper highlights. The head is fizzy, disappears quickly and leaves no lacing. Typical root beer aromas. The taste is like root beer as well with its sweetness, spiciness but it does have some grain flavour found in normal beers. Soapy notes. Not bad at all.

Bottle to pint. How to rate this??? This is awesome root beer! Um...don’t see a base beer but it is awesome root beer. Loads of vanilla. But then again...you made a 5.9 er taste like great root beer! No head and brown. Root beer.
