Great summer cider

A reddish amber cider with aroma cherry pulp, light cinnamon, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet cherry pop with light mineral notes, OK. Can at CNY brewfest 2025.

Clear amber is color with light carbonation. Aroma is apple and maple. Taste is also apple and maple with hints of bourbon barrel.

Pint can from Festival Northland, 10/29/23. Clear amber, medium white head, poor retention. Aroma of brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla, apple. Taste is apple, cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla. Thin. Meh.
Medium sweet, good berry blend.
