Style searching. Almost clear cider, sake like. Fairly flat. Nose is funky cheese, green apple, white wine and some piney hops. Tastes cheesy, fleshy mushy apple, wine, baby diaper. One of funkiest ciders I’ve had. Dry palate.

Pours a nice blush from a can. Big floral fruity aroma, strawberry seems artificial, like gum or something, but the basil is interesting, nice apple undertone. Flavor is quite sweet, despite the description as off-dry. Again, strawberry is a little too forward and overstated, but the basil is a nice addition and adds some needed complexity, which saves the cider. Overall, quite sweet and fruity, but interesting basil addition. Good cider.

Pours slightly hazed straw into a tulip. Pineapple and mild pepper aromas. Dry with jalapeño pepper skin upfront turning to sweet and tart apple and pineapple in the medium length finish.

Draught at Bit Bar, Salem, 1/13/18.
Mostly clear, very pale, white gold.
Smells of mushy-sweet apple and light Brett with minimal hop, though it is slightly noticeable, contributing very minor tropical fruit and light pine-like notes.
In the mouth it's got some mushy sugar, lightly tart Brett acidity that doesn't balance nearly enough with light baby diaper on the very end. Hmmmmmm.....

Can drunk 9/22/17.
Clear, bright, pale-golden, well-carbonated.
Light chai spicing (vanilla, allspice) mixes with rather sweet, mushy, golden-like apple juice as acidity emerges somewhat on the finish to lightly balance. Clean, no alcohol and not dominated by the spice, though it's quite prominent.
Spicy and sweet in the mouth, making for a good juxtaposition and balancing for the most part, though it does grow rather sweet as the glass wears on. Carbonation a bit loose/vapid, but no alcohol or flaw is noted.

Pours a clear deep pink from a can. Aroma is entirely herbs, big on sage and thyme, not so much on the rosemary. Flavor is still big on the herbs, rosemary is now present, a tartness likely as much from the cranberries as from the apples. Somewhat medicinal and interestingly bittersweet. Pretty good cider.

Pours an amazing clear pale straw from a can, seems to glow from within. Great pine aroma melds well with crisp apple. Flavor is another very good marriage of piney, tropical hops and a nice semi-dry cider. Thin in the mouth but not too thin or acidic, or hoppy. Very well-balanced. Very good cider.
