Can at home. A bit hazy yellow color, medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, light tangy hop notes, hops, malt bitter and hop bitters. Not too impressive, but alright. Decently bitter, quite quaffable.

Tip Tap Room draught, 4/27/25.
Clear, muted bronze-brass. Small ring of bubbles.
Straightforward kettle-soured lactic acid could be less punchy, a bit more aged. Passionfruit is tastefully done fairly authentic. Some cracker and sourdough on the finish.
Lactic, tart, rather punchy, earthy, slightly metallic. The passion fruit is done pretty well and the beer isn't sweet or thin, but the kettle souring could be better done or the beer more aged.

Pours deep orange-tinged mahogany into a stein. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Caramel and toasted brown bread aromas. Thick with sweet golden syrup, honey and molasses upfront turning to mild toasted pumpernickel in the medium length finish.
