Can at home Sunday evening watching little football. Light copper yellow and smallish head. Nose is honey and bread. Tatses much the same. Little woody and floral to boot. Clean bodied but doesn’t really pop.

8 oz draft. Crystal clear Golden in appearance. Aroma is soft, grapefruit peel, soft malt, super light weed. Doesn’t show much pine. No resin (thankfully). Good balance. Easy to drink. --- Beer merged from original tick of Bright Wave on 05 Oct 2025 at 01:07 - Score: Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5. Taster flight. Light yellow haze. Still shows a thin ring of white foam. Has more of the hoppy catbox smell. And a bit of lemon as well. Hops in the taste are slightly mellowed vs. the Craft Roots I had in the flight before. Comes out with a bit of cream ale character.

Log Jammin V: pours hazy gold with white head. Hints of lemon and grass. Nice deep pale maltiness, which is well expressed throughout the taste. Solid.

Brewery draught, 6/1/25.
As pictured.
Big, big honey and tropical fruit salad. Almost no sulfur from the Riwaka this year which is weird to me, but maybe preferable to most people. Vanilla, papaya, dessert Riesling and more honey. Clean and aromatic, though seemingly light on the acidity.
Not so in flavor, as it's got zesty guava and mineral with big dryness on the crackery, bready finish. Easygoing with plentiful tropical fruit. Very light, though. Not thin or watery, but just very low on malt flavor. Clean and snappy, though, with nothing weird going on.
