Description
We are a 3bbl nanobrewery in New Hampshire's Seacoast, focused on bringing high quality, inventive craft beer to the region. Our main passion is the East Coast IPA, especially the ability of the hop to play such an integral role in taste and aroma. In addition to unfiltered IPAs, our smaller brewing capacity allows the ability to brew many one-off and experimental series outside of our core beer; pilsners, fruited sours, Goses and stouts and constantly rotating through our tanks.
Our tap room is located in Dover, NH, offering samples and pints of all of our 10 current drafts. With our 3bbl size, we are able to constantly rotate beer selections, so every time you come in you'll find new offerings and interpretations of a variety of beer styles.

16 oz. can purchased at Prost. Aroma had a huge hot pepper influence that had me worried it was going to overwhelm the palate. What is surprising is the entire ale is subtle.
Flavor is mild with coffee and chocolate base. The chili pepper is thankfully mild. Chocolate sweetness helps balance the spicy pepper that is not overdone. It also shows a very mild hop to give much needed bitterness. Very interesting just like the base "white" stout.

hazy, murky dark orange. no head. thanks AFH!!! Smells amazing, juicy like fresh orange juice. Really quenches the thirst. Not thick milk shakes, more like a smooth OJ with a lot of juicy citrus and wheat malt and a little booze finish

16 oz can from the brewery dated 7-11-17. The appearance is dirty straw color with some fast dying bubbly head. Aroma is HUGE Citrus, Light tropical fruit, mild pale grain.
Taste is super juicy, citrus, pineapple notes, dampened floral notes. Soft pale grain backbone. Mouthfeel is medium body, with a soft airy / supple mouthfeel, tons juice in the aftertaste. Extremely easy to drink. Forget about the ugly appearance, it tastes awesome!

16 oz. from the brewery. Pitch black in color. Aromas of cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon, and chipotle is barely there.
Flavor has a bittersweet roasted malts, cocoa, cinnamon. The spiciness of the chilies is mild and noticeable only towards the back end. The lactose sugar helps balance everything out. Body is medium plus. Overall, well-rounded and the chipotle is not overdone. Pretty good.

16 oz can from the source. Dated 3-15-17. Cloudy yellow, plenty of bubbly carbonation. Aroma is light saline solution, mild citrus hops, sour notes. Nice!
I love how this drinks like a hybrid. Soured pale ale. Mineral water softness on the mouthfeel with the mild salt aftertaste. Body is light with a pleasant mild sourness. Awesome balance. Very enjoyable.
