Description
We are a 3bbl nanobrewery in New Hampshire's Seacoast, focused on bringing high quality, inventive craft beer to the region. Our main passion is the East Coast IPA, especially the ability of the hop to play such an integral role in taste and aroma. In addition to unfiltered IPAs, our smaller brewing capacity allows the ability to brew many one-off and experimental series outside of our core beer; pilsners, fruited sours, Goses and stouts and constantly rotating through our tanks.
Our tap room is located in Dover, NH, offering samples and pints of all of our 10 current drafts. With our 3bbl size, we are able to constantly rotate beer selections, so every time you come in you'll find new offerings and interpretations of a variety of beer styles.

Can from the source. Hazy lemon yellow with a decent sized bubbly white head that shows moderate retention. Grainy bready maltiness with a bit too much earthy spicy hops for the style. Light astringency.

Can dated 02/11/20. Typical hazy appearance. Mild lasting grassy / dank bitterness. You really need to enjoy pine and grassy hops in order to appreciate this.

Can date of 02/04/20. Aroma shows plenty of pineapple, soft herbal, mild yeast. The flavor is a direct reflection of the aroma. Crisp texture. Slightly above average for a 5% session.

4 ounce draft. Pitch black color. Flavor is quite nice and does reflect S’mores. Chocolate, vanilla or marshmallow, very light smoky note in the finish. Body is full and creamy. Really tasty!

Taster pour from can as part of blind taste test -- thanks Chris! Appearance is cloudy yellow with light sparkle two-finger width foamy white head and tons of soapy lacing. Aroma is strong lemon citrus fruit and sweet grapefruit. Taste is sweet tangerine and candied sugar with milder citrus. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture soft carbonation and finish as taste with very little bitterness. Overall not complex and maybe a little too sweet?

Taster pour from can as part of blind taste test -- thanks Chris! Appearance is deeply hazy pale yellow with decent sparkle finger-width off-white head with good retention and no lacing. Aroma is saison-like tart yeast and fruity ester lemon. Taste is strong bubble gum sweet fruity esters. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall pretty much just a saison. Not getting any IPA hoppy quality. It grew on me as it warmed.

Taster pour from can as part of blind taste test -- thanks, Chris! Appearance is hazy, pale yellow with greenish tinge, tons of sparkle, two-finger foamy, off-white head with good retention and decent soapy lacing. Aroma is mild lemon citrus and melon. Taste is mild citrus, cracker malts, mild tart fruit and late bitter. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with yeasty tart. Overall, fairly mild. What complexity there is is not that interesting. OK.

Taster pour on tap at NH Brewers Festival. Appearance is opaque, bright lemon-chiffon yellow with tinge of light brown, no discernible sparkle, finger-width foamy white head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong musky herbal and grape. Taste is dominant musky herb and grape with some citrus in the background to round it out. Hint of pine. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good strength to the aroma and flavor but not that complex and I seem to be completely missing the papaya and melon the brewer was going for. Well crafted.
