Bottle from Third Window - shared among friends. Pours clear pale yellow, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is herbs, apple, Belgian spice, field grass. Flavor is light plus sweet, very light bitter. Light body.

Tap. Pours hazy yellow gold, medium white head, great lacing. Aroma is good clean earthy Brett, bonus of citrus, funky, earthy again, basement. Flavor is light sweet, approaching dry, quite light on the bitterness, super clean. Light plus body, soft mouthfeel. This is a solid beer. These guys are worth watching.

Tap. Pours clear deep golden, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is light, wheat, clove, hints of fruit, citrus. Flavors is light plus sweet, light bitter, interesting. No way I would call persimmon on this one though! Medium body.
