Can pour from Valley Beverage. Hazy yellow with nice sparkle, huge head with excellent retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong biscuit/toasted malt with hint of caramel, yeast, mild funk, light fruit and spice. Taste is strong tart fruit, yeast, funk over biscuity/toasted malt backbone. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, and finish as taste with light bitterness. Aroma more complex than taste. Good farmhouse.

Capped 500 from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours clear dark amber with a foamy beige head that laced down rapidly. Aroma of medium dark malt with yeast notes. Approaching full bodied. Flavor is roasty malt with yeast notes and an arguable hint of banana. Not dry but not sweet. Hints of non-dark fruits. Moderately bitter. Almost bitingly so. Good flavor.

Can / labeled as 6.0 abv - pours lightly hazy gold with a creamy, well-sustained lace - aroma is herbal, dusty, lightly funky - soft but full texture in the mouth - lightly tart, lightly flinty, lightly funky - flavors of lemons, herbs, pepper - dusty, mildly funky yeast character - dry, peppery and herbal finish - quite nice - there are currently at least three really good saisons at my local liquor store - what a glorious time to be alive!

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours brassy gold with a creamy white head. Tropical aroma - pale malt support. Med body or better. It's tropical fruity, but there's toffee in support, and that's not working well for me. Grapefruit and perhaps melon for flavor. Goes towards try and a bit earthy in the finish.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours clear, tho very dark, brown with a large finely foamed beige head. Aroma of nice coffee with chocolate notes. Very smooth. Not quite med body. Flavor is coffee, slightly burnt malt, chocolate. Reasonably towards dry. Bitter. Smoothish. Not getting a lot of oat, but I think there are notes. Drinks nicely. Almost sessionable.
