Draught, City Tap, 5/9/22. Turbid canteloupe, small, white head, low retention. Huge estery yeast, honey-dense malts and spicy, dank hops. Clean and no alcohol with no resin. Just dankness. Mega-soft, creamy, malt-forward with honey, honeydew, spicy, dank hops and light citrus juice. Just exquisitely soft and balanced. This is what draws me to try all of their beers.

Bottle shared by Jon: pours brown with a beige head. Aroma is deep woody, caramel, booze. Quality barleywine. Somewhat sweet. Nice aftertaste. Really good.

Bottle, at share, thanks to Jon. Pours dark brown. Bourbon, vanilla, fig, biscuit, toffee. Medium body. Good.

Draught @ Carmine Street Beers, NY. Sweetish, smooth and juicy tropical fruity with some herbal notes, pine and floral hoppiness. Pretty.good.

Draught at Tip Tap Room, 3/16/22. Heavily hazy, almost tan-golden with a dense, off-white head showing strong retention. Melon, strawberry and unripe mango with a touch of pine and/or excess hop acidity. Malts seem supportive yet super dry/wheat-heavy with tons of biscuit and low yeast ester. No alcohol or flaw. In the mouth I get way too much sourdough-like character, or just maybe too much wheat? I think it's the interaction with the hops, as well, because I get weird melon, light strawberry and punchy pineapple alongside spicy, slightly resinous pine and unripe papaya. Lingering, heavy acidity, low hop or fruit-like flavor and no malt sweetness; all texture. Weird and very difficult to drink.

Can from Matt: pours hazy orange with a frothy white head. Aroma piny, light fruitiness. Taste is lightly bitter and piny. Some grapefruity citrus... This is basically fine.

Can from Matt: pours orange/yellow haze with a white head. Aroma is orange juice, cantelope, some tropical notes. Taste is tangy fruitiness, pretty sweet, light bitterness.

Can from Matt: orange with little haze and nice white head. Aroma is hefty tropical fruitiness. Taste is sweet and juicy. Very light bitterness. Solid.
