160z can from Boise Coop. Foggy golden pour, adequate frothy head fades to persistent skin. Fruity aroma, pineapple, citrus peel. Taste opens with a burst of tangy bitterness, pineapple, grapefruit before drying out a bit. A minor happy buzz lingers on the palate.

On tap at Trap Door, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is decadent, with big vanilla beans, huge bourbon barrels, some cocoa, and lots of sticky dark sugars. Flavour is ridiculously rich, with a huge amount of wood, massive bourbon, sticky sugars, booze, and roast. So much wood, tons of oaky bourbon. A bit brutal but has such lovely barrel and malt depth. Wonderful.

On tap at Trap Door, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of oily, pot-like hops, with light pine, and a touch of biscuity malt. Flavour is reasonably dank, with oily, resinous, semi-dank hops, light pine, and a grainy, crackery malt base. Not as dank as expected/advertised but very well-put-together. Very good.

On tap at Trap Door, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairly restrained, with light oily pine, some allium, and hop tang. Flavour reveals a nice melony hop tang, some oily resins, and biscuity malt. Melony, tangy, oily finish with almost no bitterness. Really nice combo of hops coming through well. Good.

On tap at Trap Door. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Bright pine, some resin, and tangy fruit on the nose. Flavour profile is fairly sweet and fruity, nice white wine grape character from the nelson, some bright pine. Pretty minimal bitterness. Nice, I like the hops, but would have liked more bitterness. Very solid.

On tap at Trap Door. Pours black with a minimal brown head. Loads of bourbon and dark, sugary malts on the nose. Flavour is rich with loads of dark sugars, brown bread, and intense woody bourbon barrels. Quite boozy. Very intense and very good.
