Sample at the taproom. Hazy golden-bronze color with a medium foamy white head that recedes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Herbal hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, dank fruit and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a tropical fruit and hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the taproom. Hazy yellow-gold color with a medium frothy white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Piney hops, citrus and malt in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of resiny hops, grapefruit and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a piney hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

A dark green blue Weisse with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of blueberry, raspberry, Epsom salts, light bubblegum, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet tart mix of blueberry, bubble gum, light lactic notes, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours black with small tan head. The aroma is strong bourbon, wood, and roast. Slick body, vanilla, oak, bourbon, roast, dark chocolate, very nice.
