As expressed by our crossroads logo, Keep all lines open and flowing is a mantra for making and serving good beer — a reflection of our commitment to sharing and exploring possibilities.
Cruz Blanca makes beers that open people up to new flavors, new ideas, and new experiences. From endlessly refreshing Mexican lagers and sunny IPAs that transport us to warmer places, to the less-travelled roads of barrel-aged and wild fermentation ales, there’s always a journey in the beer that keeps us curious about what’s next.
We’re all at the same long table, and there’s always room for one more. Let’s keep all lines open and flowing.

On tap at The Beer Temple, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is very spicy and fragrant, with plenty of mixed bugs, spicy saison yeast, and some earthiness. Flavour is pretty floral and tart, with tart citrus, floral notes, plenty of acidity, and bugginess. Messy, acidic and all over the place. Not too good.

16oz can. Deep amber-red body, clear. Head fades out fast. A pleasant enough beverage, not really great flavor from either the Hibiscus or Pomegranate. Easy on the palate, drinkable.

16oz can. Bold, in your face Cherrywood smoke. Dark. Lots of other oddball nuances going on. Still maintains a nice balance, really drinkable. Big flavors, unique.

16oz can. Pretty nice flavored Porter. Retains a porter backdrop while sugaring it up with the chocolate. Coconut is rather mild, adds depth and balance, and comes out more with each sip. Well executed, unique, good.

16oz can. Kind of odd aroma, perhaps some corn in there? Drinkable and pleasant mouthfeel, but hardly an impressive example of the style. Undesirable flavors, perhaps mystery ingredients.

Dark orange with a large foamy head that left good lacing. Sweetish, corny and lightly fruity. Medium finish and body.
