Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a slight white head. Quite dry. Fruity. A nice level of bitterness. Flavor is tangerine, red berry, and a suggestion of pineapple. Not your typical pils. Flavor is very nice.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear brassy gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma of citrus which does suggest some kumquat with green melon. Med body with smooth carbonation. Somewhat malty but towards dry. Definitely bitter. Flavor is subdued pale malt, kumquat, green melon and perhaps a touch of passion fruit. Pretty strong flavor. Quite nice.

16 oz can. Aroma has notes of coconut, whiskey, wood, vanilla, cocoa. Pours dark brown with a fleeting beige head. Taste is bittersweet with flavors of whiskey barrels. Blueberry is very faint, but maybe it’ll open up after warming up a bit. Really tasty.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of bourbon and blueberries. Light caramel note. Approaching full body. Flavor is dark caramel with bourbon and blueberries. With a little time some orange zest arrives. Very light oak astringency tho the wood is fairly apparent.

Capped 500 from Tavour. Pours clear dark amber with a decent tan head. Aroma is mild pie spice. Med body or so. Fairly dry, spice stands in for bitter. Bourbon is hard to find, but it's present. A bit of oak astringency. Cinnamon is the prominent flavor component. Veg is detectable, but fortunately pretty well submerged in the spice. Flavorful, lean and clean. Or close to that.

Undated bottle (Fall 2025), drunk 11/20/25, as pictured.
Light bourbon, probably a bit more oak than actual bourbon, and mild, fairly-homogenized pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Clean, round, sweet malts adding honey and white bread for balance. No alcohol noted.
Moderate oakiness with only a touch of bourbon richness. Lean, highly attenuated malts with apparent but not obnoxious pumpkin/spice character. Clean and well-constructed, but I think just a bit more malt depth would go a long way here to adding some richness/comfort to the palate.

Can from Tavour. Pours very dark brown with a moderate tan head. Aroma of dark roasty malt with some berries. Med body. Malty but not very sweet. Not all that bitter. Sort of balanced. Flavor is dark malt, berries and orange zest. The malt make it hard for me to decide on boysenberry. But it seems more like those than anything else.
