Description
QUALITY. COMMUNITY. CAMARADERIE.

Call to Arms Brewing Company was founded by three fellas who met whilst partaking in a shared passion — brewing, cellaring, and packaging beer at Avery Brewing company in Boulder, CO. As veterans of the craft beer community with a combined 20 years of experience, we decided to blaze our own trail and leave a lasting imprint on the industry and in the city we love. This is our Call to Arms.

Brewer owned and operated, Call to Arms places the utmost importance on the quality of our product and the taproom experience for our guests. Blending our backgrounds and cultures, we choose to focus on a love of local, traditional food and drink and to create a timeless, relaxed, non-pretentious neighborhood-friendly brewery focusing on craft beers, community gathering, and good ol’ fashioned fun. We take our beer seriously, yes. But we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our goal is to make good beer, and we like to have fun while doing just that.

12 oz. can from Molly's Spirits in Lakeside, CO. Pours a crystal clear mahogany color with a fizzy khaki head and fair retention. Almost no lacing. Sweet malt aroma. Lots of sweet caramel, toffee, and dark malt flavor with a short finish. I like sweet beers yet this is borderline too sweet. Light body and light carbonation. Zero bitterness. Super easy drinking and smooth. Wish it had a little more body.

16 oz. can. Clear, pale, straw color, with a big, foamy, white head. The aroma is biscuit dough, rose water, light grass, and cloves. Sweet and malty, with a nice, crisp bitterness. Light, effervescent, and clean. Solid, easy lager.

Taster at Beasts & Brews. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, frothy, white head. The aroma is grapefruit juice and zest. Struggling to find anything else. Sweet and juicy, with a mild bitterness. Light, sticky, and a bit zesty. Fun idea, and not bad, but pretty one-dimensional.

Double altbier/sticke altbier. Don't think I've had this style before! Damn! That's tasty!

Tons of flavor. Roasty. Almost drinks like a farmhouse but more malty. Nice surprise!

Nice collab with Trve!
