Bottle from very cool gentleman wchesser. Rich dark pour smallish head. Nose chocolate and whiskey. Tastes of rich earth, coffee, chocolate, cola and whiskey is strong but not overpowering. Chewy mouthfeel lingering booze. Very good

Growler - medium body with a nice mixture of sweet vanilla and roasty espresso - perhaps a little thin bodied, but smooth texture and good flavor balance.

10 ounce at the brewery - delicate and subtle, perhaps even too much, bordering on one-dimensional - medium tart, lightly oaky, a touch of white grape - kinda slick texture - some funky bugginess - finish is watery and tart - meh.

12 ounce at the brewery - hazy gold - nose is tart and herbal - soft texture - tart lactic character, bordering on sour, but gentle and delicate - mild background funk and undercurrents of acetic acid - herbs are present but not overpowering - notes of tart Peach and white grape - mild savoriness - finishes dry and crisp, with oak then coming forward and lingering on the tongue, along with prickly, quenching acidity - this is a very nice beer.

Hazy blond color. For this gravity it’s quite lean and not too boozy; some aroma of weed, moderately sweet, good pale malt base, weed and resin hop character. Some alcohol warmth in the final.
