Can - Orange and some wet grass with a touch of booze. Clear gold with a small white head. Candy, booze and some citrus peel. Oily and sticky.

10 ounce at the brewery - had to try this the moment I heard it used Sweet Bloom coffee (best damn roaster in Colorado) - creamy texture - great balance of sweeter notes of cream and vanilla, brighter notes of berry, and heavier, more bitter notes of smoke, dark malt, and deep espresso tones - well-masked alcohol - finish is lightly spicy, with lingering cream, coffee, blueberry - slightly warming finish - tasty.

10 ounce at the brewery - possible what the great American lager tasted like pre-prohibition - clean, floral, crisp - moderate sweetness, but tempered by a mild acidity and light bitterness - solid.

On tap at Call to Arms, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out cereal notes, light citrus hops and straw. Flavour is quite dry, with cereal malts and straw upfront, accentuated with subtle but prominent enough dry hopping. Doesn't really strike me as a kolsch, but it's a certainly a nice hoppy variant as such. Solid.

On tap at Call to Arms, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out pure pot, herbal hops and biscuity malt. Flavour is slightly less pot-like than the nose suggests, with dank hops and biscuity malt. Dry palate, with a piney finish. Very good.

On tap at A Call to Arms, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is massively dank, with abrasive herbal hops, marijuana and sweet hop oils. Flavour is massive, with dank hops, sweet hop oils and marijuana. Quite harsh, but it's very well-made. An extreme pot-bomb.

On tap at Call to Arms, pours black with a medium tan head. Aroma brings out hearty oats and moderate coffee. Flavour is intense, with a wonderful dark roasted coffee character and a hearty oat body. Rich and robust. Excellent.

On tap at Call to Arms, pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out juicy stone fruits, light citrus hops and biscuity malt backing. Flavour is super fruity, with tons of mangos, pineapple, and citrus hops. So damn juicy, with an oily palate and a bitter finish. Great stuff.
