Description
QUALITY. COMMUNITY. CAMARADERIE.

Call to Arms Brewing Company was founded by three fellas who met whilst partaking in a shared passion — brewing, cellaring, and packaging beer at Avery Brewing company in Boulder, CO. As veterans of the craft beer community with a combined 20 years of experience, we decided to blaze our own trail and leave a lasting imprint on the industry and in the city we love. This is our Call to Arms.

Brewer owned and operated, Call to Arms places the utmost importance on the quality of our product and the taproom experience for our guests. Blending our backgrounds and cultures, we choose to focus on a love of local, traditional food and drink and to create a timeless, relaxed, non-pretentious neighborhood-friendly brewery focusing on craft beers, community gathering, and good ol’ fashioned fun. We take our beer seriously, yes. But we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our goal is to make good beer, and we like to have fun while doing just that.

Bottle thanks to Will! Pours clear mahogany, small beige head, decent lacing. Aroma is bourbon, molasses, toffee, vanilla, tannic vinous notes, raisin. Flavor is medium plus sweet, light plus bitter, a tad boozy. Fullish body, creamy.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black, with a big, creamy, foamy, beige head. The aroma is pleasant coffee, sherry, toasted oak, coconut, and vanilla. Sweet and malty, with a bit of bitterness. Effervescent, boozy, and roasty. Nice...
