Gevestigd in het brabantse Someren, brouwen we met passie bieren volgens de belgische stijl. We zijn echte Brabantse bourgondiërs, liefhebbers van lekker eten en drinken.We genieten van alle goeds dat het leven ons te bieden heeft en dit delen we met iedereen die ons lief is. Vanuit deze overtuiging zijn onze bieren ontstaan.

Wat begon in 2015 als een hobby is in korte tijd uitgegroeid tot een geweldig succes. Familie, vrienden, kennissen en andere bierliefhebbers vonden het bier zo lekker dat het idee om een brouwerij te beginnen was geboren.

Flesje gedeeld door Bart. Licht bruin, troebel bier met een volle beige schuimkraag die als een film blijft liggen. Aroma is moutig en fruitig. De smaak is zurig, fruitig; kers-achtig krieken. Nasmaak is licht zuur.

Donkergeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht zoet en kruidig met iets van vanille, wat abrikoos en een beetje sinaasappel. Best goed.

Bottle, 11.2%. Pungent aroma of brown sugar. Almost clear reddish dark brown colour. Stable tan head. The flavour is sweet and pepper with a metallic note. Sweetish port-like note, perhaps from the whisky. Late alcohol bitterness. Even tough it was brewed in 2020, a year or two ago, it seems a bit green. I think it would have been better if kept for a few years more.

Light hazy amber with a white head. Spicy yeasty aroma with mainly coriander. Sweet taste with a medium bitter finish. Lively and refreshing.

Dark brown with a thin off-white head. Dark caramel and dark fruits (plums, figs, raisins) aroma. Sweet taste with a sweet finish. Really great quadrupel.
