Blond color. Citrusy aroma almost lemonade. Dry mouthfeel, very original flavor, lemon and citrus fruits peels, nutty. Very bitter, a bit harsh at the end. Refreshing in this climate, interesting.

Hazy amber color. Malty aroma with some chocolate. Good malt and even more caramel taste, with a strong bitterness and a hint of coffee. An American Pale Ale lingering on the roasted malt / coffee side. Maybe with a touch of ginger.

Amber color. Smells like a Dunkel; smooth like an Ale, some caramel taste and some roasted malt. Boring. Too bitter at the end.

A second try tells me that this Ale, though a surprise in Singapore and Asia, is simpler than 9 months ago, mostly if compared today side to side with the good Saison Sayang. It maintains the medium body and the malt/caramel flavor, the cereals touch is more accentuated, and the bitterness is quite strong but not so powerful.

Golden color. Some malt aroma. Good body structure and good malt taste with a quite powerful hopping. Well balanced.

Hazy yellow color. The wheat gives a light cereal aroma. Also the flavor has some cereals, light wheat (yet not a complete hefeweizen), quite strong bitterness. Not very special.
