Deep brown with a small beige head. Dark fruit and cocoa. Dark and sweet toast.

Pours a thick semi-cloudy yellow with very minor foam. On the nose are bright hops, sweet and candyish. Flavour is muddled, okay pine and sweet hops. Oiliness is okay but crispness is lacking. Okay but could be better in a lot of ways.

Pours with excellent solid foam and well carbonatoned clear gold body. The nose has soft hints of wine and hay. Flavour is strong hay, heavily alcoholic, chewy. Definitely a strong Belgian blonde ale brewed in the style of the lower class European milieu; however I'd be hard pressed to notice whatever character the red wine barrels were intended to imbue.
Clear yellow gold with a decent white head. Tropical notes and a touch of lemon. Fruity citrus with a candied lemon note.

Light copper clear body with a pinkish tint and tiny foam, very vague cherry buried under caramel on the nose. Flavour is cherry cheesecake, butter and weak cherry, not so sour as lactic and that ain't something I look for in a fruited sour. Yeah - kinda flawed.

Nice light white body and good foam, sharp dry wool on the nose. Flavour is medium wheat and hay. Full finish, but carbonation is lacking. Drinkable but not exciting.

Medium gold body and soft foam, soft floral hop aroma with vague potpourri hints. Flavour is soft floral hops anf simple syrup. Full enough mouthfeel but not much carbonation and the saison angle seems to be lost. Pretty mediocre.

Medium gold body and no foam, soft wheat dough on the nose and vaguely sharp. Flavour is ungulating wheat dough with a cloying finish. Dry chalkiness on the tongue. Thin and boozy, not a good hefeweizen.

Smells of sweet styrofoamy coffee on the nose, clear gold body with no foam. Flavour is coffee and syruo, and the syrup lingers. Not working very well together, some white elements but a little unbalanced.

Medium yellow body and modest foam, good citrusy hops on the nose. Flavour is nice tart hops, good sweey pine notes. Nice oiliness. Not complex buy decent in a straight ahead fashion.
