Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color. The aroma is lightly grassy. The malt profile is not very espressive; correct bitterness, a bit herbaceous, and traces of butter vegetables.
Ok beer, not an elegant Pilsner.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color. Strong aroma, nice, passion fruit, funk, pineapple, light peach. Dry mouthfeel, the yeast character is quite strong, moderately spicy and funky, the bitterness is not too strong, the hopping is juicy and a bit resiny, The final is dry and maybe it could be more pleasing with a tad more sweetness.
Good character, it is what it claims to be. Good.

Draught at the brewery,
Dark, almost black, with thin tan head. Nice coffee aroma, elegant, fruity, and some chocolate. That doesn't translate into the flaor, where the coffee comes through as day old dredges, the thin and dry mouthfeel doesn't help, a bit earthy and dusty, with unnecessary lemon peel note.
Not very pleasant.

Black color. Cacao and chocolate aroma. Lean mouthfeel, very light residual sweetness, not enough body. Good chocolate flavor, light coffee, very light berry acidity. Some alcohol burn in the final.
Good beer, not enough Inperial though.

From bright tank at the brewery; 12oz
Cloudy blond color. Nice aroma, citrus fruit peel, light dank too. Fairly dry, lean mouthfeel; the malt base is a bit papery, introducing some astringency in the final, the hopping is citrusy.
Very good, a bit dirty, would work well with food.

Hazy dull amber color. Dry, a bit bready, with light earthy aroma, herbaceous and citrusy hopping, lightly earthy and astringent in the final. Not my favorite beer, but I guess that this is good for an Amber Ale.

Hazy blond color. Very nice aroma, fruity, strong citrus. The mouthfeel is very dry, the malt base is light, crisp, the hopping brings a lot of quality, citrus mix, bamboo shoots, bit of pine, dash of saffron. Strong bitterness level. This dryness makes it easier to drink.
Excellent.

Murky yellow colour. Strong lime aroma, kaffir leaves, reminds me of some Indian dish. Strong mouthfeel, the Mental Floss base is very good, the zest is very strong, but also tends to give some oily bitterness in the finish.
Aggressive but also a nice experiment.
