Poured from the tap. Hazy pale blonde with small white head. Dry and rustic with some barnyard funk. Flavours are slightly subdued, but good for the ABV.

Poured from the tap. Hazy pink-ish orange with small white head. Sweet plum, foeder funk, comes together really nicely. Good stuff.

473 ml can. Pours a clear amber with light head that settles to nothing quite quickly. Aromas of oak and grain. Flavors of same. Oak is sharp without much bourbon. Interesting but doesnβt really bring forth any lager or bourbon.

On tap at House of Funk, pours black with a small tan head. Nose shows off the medium-dark roast coffee, with a bed of toasted malt. Flavour is simple, with medium roast coffee and a dry toasted malt backbone. Simple but clean with a decent coffee character. Pleasant but nothing special.

On tap at House of Funk, pours a clear copper golden with a small beige head. Nose is dry, with bittering hops, light funk and plenty of minerality. Flavour is much the same, with crisp, bittering hops, a touch of pine, light brett funk, and minerality. Crisp, lightly buggy, and mineraly. Unusual touch for a west coast IPAβI don't think it works overly well, but it's competent and pleasant enough.

On tap at House of Funk, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out fairly gentle toasted hazelnuts, with subdued roast and dry cocoa powder. Flavour is nutty and toasty, with a strange raw, βgreenβ hazelnut character that's somewhat green peppery. There's some toasted malt character but the odd hazelnut notes kind of take over. Not really a fan of this.

On tap at House of Funk, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is full of mixed bugs, lots of farmhouse character and some wood. Flavour is fairy funky, with a nice leathery farmhouse character, light wood, and plenty of wild yeast. Quite leathery, with a dry, moderately funky finish. Not the most complex one out there but it's well-made.

Has a weak watery pink body, no foam or visible carbonation. Smells of nice tart plum, acidic, a bit of funk. Taste is nice funky tart plum, foeder notes coming out well. Ends with lingering wood and good sweetness. A nice attempt here, good funk, finally a decent local fruit sour.
