Nice deep brown body and some good foam. Aroma is okay sweet hazelnut, a bit of roasted barley. Taste is nice hazelnut, roasted barley, cocoa. Carbonated, a little chalky and watery, could be smoothed out a little. Still quite nice, layered, enjoyable.

Cloudy bright yellow body and some modest foam. Smells of very faint vegetal, too weak. Taste is good fruitiness, soft hops, but very subdued. Ends smooth but nothing lingers. Kind of okay but rather characterless.

Okay clear medium gold body and some modest foam. Aroma is nice dank hops, some caramelly malt. Taste is good dankness, peach and orange zest. Ends bone dry and could use a little more sweetness. It's doing many things very well.

Hazy, medium head. Slight orangey sort of hue. The aroma is quite bright, lots of papaya, pineapple, maybe grapefruit, too. Moderate bitterness, but a touch of acidity. Maybe from the wheat? But it's helping lend some juiciness to the hop notes and vibrancy to the body. Maybe that's the house character getting in there a bit, but whatever it is, it works. Some bitterness in the finish, and it gets a bit woody.

Hazy and pale. Initial hit off the nose is pediobomb. Little brett c. in there, some dried herbs from the hop treatment, lemon rind, overripe papaya. On the palate, some tartness up front. Lots of lemon, orange in there. Bretty dryness and mellow pale malt sweetness. As expected, the pedio blew off quickly. Finishes dry and buggy, with that nice dried herb and citrus hopping. Digging this.

Opaque and with a slight peachy hue. Just a thin head. Has a nice peach, pineapple sort of aroma. On the palate, medium bitterness, and lots of tropical fruit accents. A hint of alcohol in there, and the malt base is quite sweet. It's not out of whack, but definitely this beer ends up sweet. What influence the foeder has, maybe a bit of wood but that could honestly just be the power of suggestion.

Poured from the tap. Black with small tan head. Light bourbon, hint of sourness and wood glue, touch of licorice. Needs improvement. The wood glue becomes stronger as it warms… lowered my rating.

Blond colour, clear. The base beer seems decent, not too weak, with some residual sweetness, some malt, medium to low bitterness; the Bourbon is very delicate, but present, aroma and flavour, adding a new dimension; it's not the direction I need in a Lager, but it's fairly good and fun.

Poured from the tap. Served too cold. Murky brownish blonde with small white head. Tropical hops, light citrus and pine. Feint hint of sour and astringent. Decent.
