473mL can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with intense cinnamon upfront, followed by vanilla, and a bit of bourbon. Flavour is heavily barrel-dominated, with intense bourbon, loads of booze, and accentuated by loads of cinnamon and vanilla. I like the bourbon and cinnamon hereβfinishes with burnt sugars, booze, and bourbon. Surprisingly tasty.

473mL can, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma certainly brings out the pineapple upfront, followed by murky wild yeast, and earthiness. Flavour is acidic and pineapple-forward, with a murky wild yeast profile that doesn't really sit right β it's just earthy and muddled. The pineapple and acidity dominate; there's no cinnamon detectable at all. Acidic and simple. Not impressive.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a small white bead. Aroma reveals a rather strange wild yeast profile, some lacto, and a touch of earthiness. Flavour is modestly tart and somewhat yogurty, with an interestingly unique buggy character, a touch of sourness, and light earthiness. Gently tart and buggy, but not particularly complex and too yogurty for me. Not too impressive.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of farmhouse notes, rustic saison yeast, and some lemony peppery notes. Flavour is tart and citrusy, with spicy rustic saison yeast, lots of citrus, farmhouse notes, and some gentle bitterness on the finish. Nicely constructed, with a lemony finish. Good stuff.

On tap at Another Beer Co, pours a hazy golden with a small whit these. Aroma is very smoky, with lots of campfire, and a touch of citrus. Flavour is quite smoky, with lots of tart citrus and moderate campfire smokiness. Tangy, citrusy β not sure I like the yuzu in here β it clashes with the smoky base beer in a somewhat disharmonious way. It's alright.

Draught at Superflux, Vancouver
Pale blond colour, clean. Mild malt aroma. Delicate malt flavour, some toasted rice, mild herbaceous hops. Balanced. Sure, I prefer bolder lagers/pilsner, but this one is enjoyable as well, it's clean and crisp.

2021-08-21, can from The Gull, North Vancouver, 6-3-7-3-14=33
The hops seems a bit more expressive, there are some zesty and grassy qualities; bold bitterness; appreciating this one more than the other cans.

Pale blond colour, hazy. It smells of dry corn. Bone dry mouthfeel; the malt base is not convincing, corn, husks; there is a hint of fruity hops, not much, and some herbaceous bitterness in the finish. Not compelling.
