On tap at House of Funk, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice gentle campfire smoke upfront, with plenty of lacto, tart citrus, and soft wheaty notes. Flavour mixes the smoke and lacto quite nicely, with lots of sour citrus, yogurty lacto, and gentle campfire smoke. Quite bracing actually, with plenty of residual acidity. Works surprisingly well.

500 ml bottle. Pours a vaery dark brwon with fizzy head that settles quickly. Aromas of earthy pressed coffee and soft roasted malts. Flavors of watery black coffee, unami/salt, nuts, and roasted malts. Salty finish. Interesting.

473mL can, pours a hazy pinkish amber orange with a rapidly dissipating head. Nose brings out lots of pomegranate and lacto upfront, with more subdued cinnamon. Flavour is sweet, sour and spicy, with plenty of cinnamon and pomegranate in surprising cohesion. Nice base of lacto that's not too yogurty but just provides structure to this unusual flavour combination. Not a complex beer by any means, but a fun experiment that's very drinkable.

On tap at House of Funk, pours a cloudy bright rose red with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out fairly potent red berries upfront, with gentle oak and wild critters. Flavour is wonderfully complex, bringing out a real complex wild yeast character—that is pretty impressive—along with woody oak and then, of course, the potent haskap berries. Really wonderfully marriage between the fruit and yeast. One of HoF's best in a while. Excellent.

On tap at House of Funk, pours a cloud bright yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, moderate farmhouse funk, and some gooseberry notes. Flavour really brings out the Nelson Sauvin hops beautifully. There's rustic saison yeast and gentle funk underneath, on top of which the Nelson really shines, imparting a slightly white wine-like, floral, and berry-like hop character. Deeper down, there seems to be some minor traces of phenols that I can't imagine are intentional, and this detracts a bit from what is otherwise an excellent beer. Overall, very good.

On tap at House of Funk, pours a cloudy bright dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is dank and funky, with a rather abrasively dank hop character, some pine, and funky brett. Flavour is pretty intense, with a nice mix of potently dank hops and funky brett, followed by juicy stone fruit, oranges, and bitter citrus rind. Now that's a unique concoction. Fruity and dank, yet gently funky. Not really abrasive at all. Very good.

Has a murky cloudy orange body and no real foam. Smells of soft spicy rye grain, vague pine, all too faint. Flavour is tart pine, kind of a citrusy sourness, but still a soft malt backbone. Crisp and oily but still refreshing. I'm conflicted about this one but still enjoying it.

Cloudy yellow body and some modest foam, smells of very soft orangey sweet pine. Flavour is nice sweet vegetal hops, hints of pine. Oily but still refreshing, nothing complex here and it's decent enough.

Milky yellow body with no foam. Smells of very nice coconut and fresh pineapple juice. Flavour is fresh coconut with good pineapple, maybe soft grain hints. There's a lingering bitterness here that wrecks it though; so close, I have no idea why they would be okay with that bitter aftertaste.
