500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is very funky, with lots of coriander, chamomile, horse blanket, and orange peel. Flavour is loaded with orange peel and coriander upfront, with moderate tartness, light-to-moderate funk, and moderate acidity. Nice use of adjuncts and there's a solid funk to it. Good stuff.

On tap at House of Funk, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose is loaded with brett (somewhat harsh seeming) and plenty of floral hops. Flavour reveals a gentler brett character, with a pleasant bugginess to it, low funk, and just a touch of hops underneath. Nothing overly complex or interesting, but it's solid.

On tap at House of Funk, pours a cloudy dull purplish pink with a small white head. Nose is indeed very floral, revealing the chrysanthemum upfront, accentuated by the chamomile—not getting any typical berliner character. Flavour reveals the tartness, with a nice souring bacteria revealing itself. The floral characters take a more backseat role, thankfully. Pleasant.

On tap at House of Funk, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Nose is quite earthy and bready, with a bit of burnt character to the malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with a very dry, almost burnt earthy malt character dominating. Pleasant enough but I'd prefer some roast and a little sweetness. Decent.

Hazy, pale pink-purple colour. Has a nice brett note, a hint of berries, Light, wheaty, fruity, and has a good balance. I was worried upcycled would just mean very weak flavour but that's not at all the case here.

Black and roasty. Looks and tastes and smells like a stout. Lots of burnt character. Straightforward malts. Decent malt bitterness. But definitely the roast is amped for the style – and nuance drops out, although the finish is more lagery than a stout would carry. I never know what to do with a schwarzbier. So many of them just aren’t very good, and the good ones could easily slide into some other style (Sprecher Black Bavarian back in the day, and this one now). Honestly, it’s a good stout and let’s just leave it at that.

Dull gold, and mostly bright (like, maybe some chill haze). Not much head. On the nose, it’s quite fruity, with a good brett character. On the palate, it’s got a soft, low carbonation that showcases a beautiful bretty character backed by malt sweetness. It’s slightly more bitter, I would say, than the Eryx.

Hazy, and pale. No head. On the nose, this has a lot of fruit, I think the Meyer lemon is probably the biggest component, but the guava is in there as well. On the palate, has a cocktail vibe, especially the lemon/guava interplay. Makes me curious about a trip to Nicaragua, that’s for sure.
