Can - Citrus and decent dank. Murky yellow gold with a small white head. Bitter, orange sweetness, light dank and a long dry bitter finish.

473mL can, pours a cloudy murky blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very dank and yeasty, with lots of dank, earthy hops, and pithy notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with dank, earthy hops, with a pleasant yeast content. Yeasty, but not too dirty. Wonderfully constructed. An excellent hipster IIPA.

Cloudy. No head. This has a generic lupulin powder aroma, bit of danky, bit of orange. Has a decent moderate bitterness. with a big weedy, orangey note.

2023-04-06, can from The Gull, North Vancouver, 8-4-8-4-17=41
Dark blond colour, hazy (not as cloudy/murky as it was with the first release). Nice aroma, ripe fruits, candied fruit, light dank hops. Good body, the sweetness is medium and not cloying; juicy malts base; the hops are partially juicy, there's grapes, pineapple, caramelized pineapple, sweet orange; the bitterness is medium to low, but overall it's quite balanced; warming alcohol, no excess.
Very good, and balanced; not explosive.
The world has changed in 5 years, maybe the bar is higher, but also maybe this beer is fairly different.

Murky yellow-orange color with generous head. The aroma of fresh hop cones jumps at you from the can; piney and dank, wonderful. Semi-dry, with delicate malt base, and an explosion of dank and piney hops; mix of citrus fruits; moderate bitterness; the final shows some oat chewiness too, but this beer is not dirty.
I don’t get the promised tropical, but this beer is wonderful.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out tons of resinous hops, and some sticky candied sugars. Flavour is on the sweet side, with lots of sticky candied sugars, resinous hops, and some light seltzery notes. A bit sticky and messy, but it works alright.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Hazy golden color with compact head. The arom ais mildly dank, the flavor is even more so; the mouthfeel is lean, fairly dry, good, crisp malt base; some piney and zesty hops too in the final.
Modern West Coast IPA; very good.

It's hard to look past the cringeworthy spelling mistake in the name of the beer, because when you put a mistake on your cans it's really kinda weak. The version of this beer they had at Hopwired wasn't good, but this is much better. Dark brown with a thick head. The berry comes across a little bit, along with coffee and chocolate. Soft body...the berry lends some fruitiness. Still lots of chocolate, touch of vanilla sweetness late. Solid.

Cask - Chocolate and cherry. Deep brown with a small beige head. Cherry and vanilla with chocolate.

Draft - Dark chocolate, some coffee and odd fruity notes. Jet black with a decent beige head. Chalky cocoa and a fruity bitterness.
