As outdoor enthusiasts we like to get out and experience the world; this is the thinking behind Container Brewing. We want to give people the ability to enjoy good beer anywhere by providing you with only cans of our best products.
We’re building a lounge where you can sit and drink your beer, have a bite to eat, while enjoying good conversation. Our unique space will have you thinking about where to sit before you even arrive.
Our Head Brewer, Tim Juul, comes to Vancouver with a different perspective. His brewing techniques, and recipe styles, come from his experience in the New England area. We love what he's done for us so far and we know you will too.

Cloudy amber gold, creamy white head. Big citrus nose promises more than it delivers. Musty tart citrus palate.

473mL nitro can; the nitro pour mechanism did not work very well. Pours black with thick beige nitro head. Aroma has gentle roast, caramel malts, nuts. Flavour has rich chocolate, caramel, and roasted malts; a bit of burnt caramel on the finish. Mouthfeel is very smooth and creamy. Great example of an imperial stout that has a rich pastry profile without being brutal. Excellent.

12oz nitro pour at brewery. Pours dark brown with beige nitro head. Aroma has gentle milk chocolate. Flavour has a bunch of milk chocolate, pretty minimal roast. Smooth mouthfeel. Fairly thin profile overall; a roastier base and I think this could be nice.

Can from CCC October 2023 box. Hazy dark copper with a one finger beige head that fades quickly leaving minimal lace. Nose is dark candied fruit, light caramel, roasted nuts, pepper, cloves and some leather. Medium+ candy sweetness with some spice through the finish. Mouth is just medium slick with soft carbonation and a very boozy finish. 7/3/6/3-/12

Gold, bright, medium head. Medium bitterness, lots of pale malt and light alcohol in the finish. Not super exciting, but competent.

Gold, bright. Thin head, lots of malt, low bitterness and could do with more hop expression too.

Slight haze, thin head, amber colour. Heavy fresh bourbon on this, boozy, the base is ok, some sticky notes, not much complexity. So the final product isn’t bad…nothing especially wrong but also I am looking for something that moves me, or makes up for how heavy-handed the bourbon is.

4oz pour at brewery. Pours clear gold with white head. Aroma has fresh pine and herbs. Flavour is quite harsh; notes of pine, herbs, mint. The harshness is a bit extreme relative to the hop expression, and the mint is a bit weird.
