Bottle at Here's How. Pale golden pour, light, creamy white head. Light tart aroma, grapes, vinous. Taste keeps up the white wine notes, grapes, dry, fruit, mild tartness.

16 oz. can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has a bunch of bugs, earthiness, and subdued peaches. Flavour is gently sour, with plenty of tart peaches, graininess, and some bugs. Fairly dry, oaky, and fruity finish. Not their most complex but it's clean and well-balanced. Good.

16 oz. can, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Nose is full of musty dry grape skins, plenty of wild yeast, and a touch of oak. Flavour is bone dry, with tons of oak, musty grape skins, lots of wild yeast, and low-level acidity. Very dry, buggy, vinous and oaky in great cohesion. Excellent.

4oz pour at Chuck's Greenwood. Pours slightly hazy blonde with white head. Aroma has tart plum, wood, funky yeast. Flavour has a good punch of plum skins and tart plum fruit. Slightly juicy with a dry finish. This is a really nice wild ale.

16 oz. can, pours an opaque pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dominated by the brett upfront, followed by fairly strong canteloupe, a touch of saline, and light citrus. Flavour is certainly unusual but it works, with a real nice of mix of canteloupe, plenty of brett, a hint of salt, and then a touch of coriander on the finish. Acidity is fairly low, and there is only a touch of residual sweetness. Surprisingly good.

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very funky, with tons of barnyard funk, subdued apricots, and musty earthiness -- that's a lot of brett. Flavour is huge on the brett, with tons of barnyard funk, light-to-moderate acidity, a fair bit of apricot, and dry wheatiness on the base. Bright, refreshing and very funky, though not the most complex. Good stuff.

Reddish-tinged orange colour. Looks like amaro with a thin head. Complex and vinous, light bugs, orangey notes, leaning sweet, medium body. Some juicy acidity in the finish. Tempranillo grows as far north as Oliver so I'm guessing these are WA grapes...they come across different from Spanish ones.
