Can from Press. 6.7% edition. Big want considering they use EZ Orchard fruit & have some mentoring. Pint glass @home. Stinky sulfur fucker once you cracked the can. Dense, hazy ipa pour. Quick hitting soda head. Looks like a blended up tangerine-colored, murky mess. Still farty, but dissipating. Bittersweet apples, pumpkin, rubber, lingering farts, big veg note. Taste is interesting. It could be a nouveau French-style cider, but the bastard is still fermenting; It's prickly & unsettled. Very fruity, big sour orange flavor over a sharp, earthy & somewhat savory apple blend. Yeasty finish, sulfite headache. Needs some hair on it.

17/2/2023. Can from Vinspecialisten Randers. Shared at SBGP1. Pours clear pale golden amber with a small frothy white head. Aroma is woody, tropical, lime, herb, cork. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, moderate tartness. Medium body, foamy carbonation. Dry and tart finish. Enjoyable.

Panda at home, thanks to the Graham/Grumbo, 07/03/23. Moderately hazed golden amber with an off white cap that thins to spotting. Nose is earthy citric zest, straw, barnyard, hint of lime, funk. Taste comprises vanilla oak, light acidic kiss, damp straw, vinous, stewed fruits, herb, lemon rind, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow puckering close. Decent enough well balanced sour with a good flavour profile for the modest ABV.

On tap at Chuck's Greenwood, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of mixed bugs, lots of dry hopping, and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is gently tart, with lots of wild bugs, tart citrus and dry hopping. Beautifully constructed, with a gently tart, rustic and hoppy finish. Excellent.

Draft pour enjoyed at Chuck's, 85th. Somewhat cloudy pale golden appearance. Balanced well with citrus hops and tart funk. Some floral and botanical character. Cool finish. Interesting brew.
