Description
Brewery Martens has been in business for 260 years. Throughout our rich history, which remains embedded in our native town of Bocholt to this very day, the brewery has always remained in hands of the Martens family. Yet, while we put great store by our family history, all eight generations of the Martens family have also continuously been driven by innovation and state-of-the-art processes, which is what has made us into one of the most modern and innovative breweries in the country today.

Plastic bottle: Straw golden with a bigger, quickly collapsing head; delicate lemony and grainy nose with a mineralic and watery background; mild bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied to watery; finish is watery as well, traces of a sweet-bitter aftertaste. To less of taste in it.........

(Canned) Pale golden colour with brief, frothy, white head. Malty, grainy nose with faint hint of grassy hops. Malty, grainy taste with notes of paper and flour. Weak hints of metallic hops in a short finish. On the plus side: fairly dry and rather clean. But mainly bland and boring.
