Brewery Martens has been in business for 260 years. Throughout our rich history, which remains embedded in our native town of Bocholt to this very day, the brewery has always remained in hands of the Martens family. Yet, while we put great store by our family history, all eight generations of the Martens family have also continuously been driven by innovation and state-of-the-art processes, which is what has made us into one of the most modern and innovative breweries in the country today.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light mlty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.

50cl can from Carrefour market LA CHASSE (BRUSSEL). F: medium, white, average retention. C: gold, clear. A: malty, vaguely fruity, bit fusel alcohol, caramel touch. T: full malty base, watery bready, bit vinous, alcohol touch, vaguely fruity, bit harsh bitterness, soft carbonation, bad as I expected.

Can. Pours clear light golden with airy but relatively stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with touches of hops. Dry flavour with estery notes and touches of malt, complemented by relatively mild hoppy touches. Acetic aftertaste with bitter and estery touches. Nothing to write home about.

Can, 4.2%. Bready and metallic aroma. Clear yellowish golden colour. Unstable white head. The flavour is watery, quite papery with a hint of hay and malt. The finish is also watery. Lower bitterness than expected and not unpleasant.

50cl can from Carrefour market LA CHASSE (BRUSSEL). F: medium, white, good retention. C: gold, clear. A: a lot of artificial peach masked the bad things inside. T: full malty base, peach, fruity, alcohol incredibly hidden, soft carbonation, honestly I expected something worse here, drinkable.

T: medium malty base, bit alcohol, grainy, boozy, honey touch, soft carbonation, 2,2€, hard to rate this seriously, not total disaster at least.

Brouwerij Martens Smell-weak hops. Foam- thin, hops, weak bitter tones. Head is medium to large white color. Sticks a bit. Appearance- simple can, a clear yellow-orange color, weak carbonation. From- pint Taste- weak hops, weak malt, faint bitter notes. Typical macro, not horrible.

Beer tasting & B2B event hosted by Belgian Embassy in Croatia, thanks for the invite. Hazy orange. Sweet candy aroma, spicy, phenolic, coriander. Medium body.
