Can from Legacy LRS, Vancouver
Cloudy to murky blond colour. Nice aroma of citrus fruit with some pine. Lean mouthfeel, but not gettinguch from the malt; timid hop qualities too, with a light vegetable bitterness.
A bit clumsy.

2021-01-23, can, courtesy of Riley, 6-4-7-3-14=34
Pale blond, hazy. Decent malt and hop, it's bready, crispy, lightly grassy, with moderate bitterness, and a sweet note. Pleasant.

Blond hazy colour. Sweetish aroma, paper (magazine). Sweetiah flavour, no malt flavour, some pear, very low bitterness; no crispness or hops to be a true Helles.
A bit disappointing.

Good foam on foggy yellow liquid, chewy sweet hops on the nose. Flavour is semi-sweet hops with soft candiness. Mouthfeel is full but rather sugary. Not bad, not great for what it is.

Smells of very sweet sugary lager notes, some cream soda. Has great foam on a soft yellow body. Flavour is sweet grain and nothing else, full finish. Okay, boring, seems flawed.

On tap at Bomber, pours a deep dark brown with an amber tingle and a small beige head. Aroma brings out dry cocoa and earthy malt - pretty gentle. Flavour is along the same lines, with gentle cocoa nibs, and earthy malt. Dry and malty. Pleasant enough.

Can. Yellow, with a bit of haze. No head. On the nose, there's some powdery sort of hops, bringing lychee, passionfruit...not bad. On the palate, the hops aren't quite as bright, but the sour is actually fairly clean, and there's still a decent amount of hop character. Fairly solid.
