Deep ruby red body and a reddish beige foam that's quite unique. Soft deep malt liquor and rice adjuncts on the nose, rather cloying. Flavour is a fruity and biscuity malt liquor, maybe coffee notes, full and smooth. Unique, a little boozy but enjoyable.

Nice deep brown body and modest foam, heavy spice on the nose, holiday-like, on top of biscuity molasses. Flavour is further chewy molasses with understated spices, Christmassy but hard to distinguish. Reasonably full. Okay holiday stout.

Turbid red, paler shade. The aroma is a bit yeasty, doughy. It has a very mild berry flavour, and some dough flavour too, with barely any bitterness. What did I expect when ordering this one?

Can. Dark amber, with a slight haze. Very thin head. The aroma is caramel and a whack of diacetyl. On the palate the diacetyl is probably a little bit less abrasive, but it's still caramel-forward. The bitterness doesn't seem that high - certainly not 70IBU. For me, I'm not seeing this as a successful version of this type of IPA, and the butter is a big part of that. Parkside's had a lot of diacetyl issues lately

473mL can, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Nose is earthy and muffled, with tart citrus and herbal spiciness from the juniper -- doesn't smells too pleasant. Flavour is quite earthy and floral, with plenty botanicals from the jupier, accentuated by a bit of citrus. Earthy, muffled and just poorly calibrated. What was the goal of this? Trash.

Pours with nice foam and a soft brownish gold body, nice floral hops on the nose with hints of peach. Flavour is good hops, peach notes, pineyness. Full mouthfeel, good crispness but does end up a little thin. Otherwise very tasty, very sessionable.
