Has great jet black body and very good foam. Smells of soft coffee, a bit of cola, some biscuit. Taste is okay smooth barley, soft cocoa, vague coffee. Good smoothness and nicely dry. It's an easy black lager, made well enough, still rather simple.

Very nice coppery brown body and some good foam. Smells of strong candied armpit hops, a bit of caramel. Taste is heavy chewy hops, dank, chewy, intense but working reasonably well. There's lingering hop bitterness. Good enough for a big IPA.

Good dark brown body and some okay foam. Aroma is weak caramel maybe, too soft. Taste is weak caramel and soft cola hints and it ends too thin, though a little smooth. Quite forgettable and I'm not getting any barrel.

Murky dark brown body, visible soda carbonation, and weird foam. Smells of lots of sweet molasses, slight biscuit. Taste is great prune, soft biscuit, Christmas cake, ending dry and smooth. Actually quite nice, malty and fruity.

Black body and modest foam. Sugar and mint on the nose of no distinction. Flavour is good sweet chocolate, mint notes. Dry and chewy, nothing obnoxious about this combination.

Deep pink body and minimal foam. Soft fresh blackcurrant aroma. Flavour is very tart currant, slightly grassy. Crisp and puckery finish. Reasonably well executed.
