Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 19C). Bottle 35 cl - Batch undeclared (BB: undeclared). AROMA: medium malt aroma with a dark caramel-like character. medium hop aroma with a dry pine quality. APPEARANCE: dark brown body with fine particles in suspension. medium dark beige head, creamy, with average retention. TASTE: medium malt flavor with notes of dark caramel, slight toasted bread crust and low roasted notes. low hop notes of dried grass. medium bitterness with a dry and roasty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an american brown ale with a bit too much roasted notes and declining hops.

330ml bottle. Pours a dark clear brown with a small off white head. Beer is light to medium body with a smooth, off dry nature. Dark malts with a nutty taste and slight bitterness give it a dark beer taste but one that is rather short.
Pretty much what the label says; a dark beer without the weight of a stout or porter. Nice enough brown ale.

Bottle. Drank right after an orange shandy so a weird comparison. Only a slight tangerine taste and aroma. Very light orange gold color that was a little hazy. Actually better than the orange shandy.

Bottle. Usually prefer White IPAs or Session IPAs but this one was just kind of average. Gold in color with a medium head. Aroma was slight citrus. Taste was slight citrus and spruce with a bitter finish.

Bottle. Dark brown, with a tan head. Aroma had hints of coffee, nuts and hops. Taste was, unlike what the description says, like a good porter.

Bottle. Dark brown in color. Medium head that quickly disappears. Aroma is coffee, burnt grains and citrusy hops. Taste had way too much hops for a stout.
