Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Slightly hazed golden colour, white foam head and aroma of funk, citric, minty. Taste is tart, acidic, fruit, lemon rind, citrusy, some mint, funk, and pale malt, grain, biscuit hints, with sourness, saltiness and some light bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry sour & salty finish. Quite drinkable.

On tap pours out golden topped with a sand head. Nose is nice crisp orange some tangerine and even a little tropical. Taste is more of the nice citrus orange hops with a great pithy grapefruit bitterness on the end.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 13/11/24. Moderately hazed orange golden with a fast collapsing white head. Nose is orange zest, citric tinged straw, herb, lemon rind, yuzu. Taste comprises tarte citric zest, salt kiss, balsa wood, light menthol strains, herb, hedgerow, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a mellow puckering kiss. Tidy on point Gose.

31/10/2024. Bottle bought at Bogle House. Insadong, Seoul. Pours hazy yellow green with a small short lasting white head. Aroma is lemon, lime, herb, thyme, mint and grass, lightly funky, with the mint element developing nicely. Moderately sweet with medium tartness, a salty edge, and lasting dryness. Moderate body, spritzy carbonation. Nice tart citric finish. Not a common style in Korea it seems, but I liked it.

(Bottle) Pours clear pale gold with short lived loose white head. Subtle citrus aroma with bread hints. Light body with plenty of loose soft carbonation. Nice citrus flavour - apparently yuzu / yuja. Hints of biscuit malt. Some gentle bitterness in the finish. Wasn’t expecting a lot from a beer clearly made for the tourist market, but this refreshing and easy drinking. (Bought in Darengi, Namhae in a shop catering for tourists. Label indicates made by Andong Brewing Company 안동브루잉컴퍼니)

On tap at Tap Public, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma is overmalted and has very old hops, with sweet caramel, traces of diacetyl and sweaty old hops. Flavour is overly sweet, with caramel corn, diacetyl, sugary malt, and old hops. An old keg probably? Man is this bad.
