On tap at The Trafalgar Brewing Company - Kowloon, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pretty neutral, with a fungal character. Flavour is very neutral, with lots of fungal notes. Tastes nothing like a pilsner, or for that matter, anything at all. Pointless beer.

Light bready notes. Clear pale gold with a rich white head. Odd bready notes with a very odd note I can place, maybe the mushroom?

A deep brown stout with a very thin brown head. In aroma, bitter chocolate with light burned peaty notes, light olive, so-so. In mouth, a rather weak chalky example of a stout with light chocolate, water body, mineral notes, unpleasant. On tap at brewpub.

A hazed golden ipa with a thin off white head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with light grassy floral hops, light citrus notes, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, lingering grapefruit bitterness, a bit unbalanced but no problem with this one. On tap at brewpub.
