Draft - Caramel malts and grains. Clear copper with a decent white head. Grainy and bitter with light malts. Not much caramel and more grain, but OK.

Both of these guys’ saisons I tried were awesome, and this cask version takes the cake like the birthday girl. Light florals, well integrated almonds and some cranberry. A hint of bubblegum. Great balance. Pours cloudy orange with good head and lacing. Cask at brewpub.

Some roast, some booze, some caramel. Finishes a little bitter with some sweetness. A little syrupy for my liking like maple. Black with decent head and lacing. Tap at brewpub.

Good double IPA. A little bitter, oaky and astringent. Some mango and grapefruit peel but not quite as good as the page turner like a Hollywood adaption. Pours orange with decent head and lacing. Finishes very bitter with some caramel. Tap at brewpub.

Coffee is well done here, coming together with lots of nice cream like Krispy. Finishes with light bitterness and caramel. Black with good head and lacing. Tap at brewpub.

Some oak, a little boiled down caramel and not much else. Pretty watery consistency like McDonald’s pop after 20 minutes. Pours clear amber with ok head. Tap at brewpub.

Mango and guava hop feel. Orange pour with decent head. Pretty bitter, and hoppier than I would have expected. Nice beer. Tap at brewpub.

Good for style. Some roast, a touch of caramel. Snappy crisp finish like bottle rockets. Creamy consistency. Black pour with great had and lacing. Easy Guinness substitute. Tap at brewpub.

Lots of sour rust. Doesn’t come together well like right now. Astringent chemical finish. Some paint varnish. Cloudy amber with ok head and lacing. Tap at brewpub - probably worst I had from otherwise good brewpub.
