Blond colour, hazy. Nice aroma, Brett, funky, a bit footy. Soft mouthfeel, dough-y yeast, chewy wheat, with no bitterness.

Golden, bright, with a medium head. Has a big fat pale malt character. Clean. Decent body. Basically a slightly doughy, not quite hopped enough helles.

Dullish with a slight haze. Definitely some brett, as that's most of the aroma. Slight tartness, but on the palate the brett is more of a minimal accent. There's a lot of hefeweizen sweetness, though not the classic hefeweizen yeast character. So mostly this heavyish sweetness with a brett accent. The bugs need more time to balance this beer out a bit. It's clean, but not the best concept or structure.

Cloudy to murky blond colour with creamy head. The aroma is quite nice, mellow fruit with a touch of tropical. The mouthfeel is mildly sweet, not much flavour to mention, some fruity and mellow citrusy hops, which is nice, but also a bit too much yeast.

On tap at the brewpub..has a cloudy yellow body and just a bit of white foam on top. Soft aroma of wheat grains. Flavour is a slightly peppery wheat grain with nothing else to back it up. Reasonably full on the mouth. Okay, simply adequate as a saison.

On tap at the brewpub. Nice deep juicy yellow body and a bit of foam on top. Juicy and sweet hops on the nose, sugar sprinkling over it all. Flavour is subtle hop juice, mellow sweetness. Medium mouthfeel, okay oil. They pulled back on the sweetness in the flavour which I don't think was the right decision, which makes this merely okay.

On tap at the brewery. Good semi-cloudy yellow body and a bit of foam, strong wheat dough on the nose. Flavour is soft wheat and citrus, not prominent. Refreshing but simple.
