Poured from 473mL can. Cloudy dull brown-ish gold with full off white head. Very herbaceous vegetal note that overtakes everything, some bleh maltiness, drain pour.

473mL can, pours a cloudy dull orange with a small white head. Nose is full of banana esters, clove, and a touch of wheaty citrus. Flavour has plenty of wheat, banana, clove, and light spiciness. Finishes dry, wheaty and touch of estery. Nothing wrong with this. Pleasant enough.

Poured from 473mL can. Hazy yellow with small white head. Lots of banana esters on the nose, some clove, wheat, a bit thin and sweet, but okay attempt at the style.

473mL can, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma smells more English in the hop department, with bready caramel malt and subdued English hops. Flavour is much the same, more like an English pale ale than American. Clean and very English all the way. Decent.

Poured from 473mL can. Clear-ish amber gold with small white head. Lots of English and crystal malts with decent underlying hop character.

gold body and weak foam. Smells of okay candied hops, a bit of caramel. Taste is okay hops, a bit of caramel, ends too wet. Not bad but a little boring.

Slight haze, thin head. Nice lacing. Fruity hops, stone fruit, some kveik influence. Moderate bitterness and medium sweetness. Malts a bit sticky. Yeast is getting in the way…it’s very fruity and doesn’t attenuate all that well. Also, this has butter, which you don't really notice when kvold but you really do when it warms up.

Dark brown, drops bright with a glint of red. Medium head. Very soft body, molassesy note, a bit of alcohol but lots of burnt sugars. Interesting take…reminds me of the days that breweries wanted to differentiate their beer. Almost an old ale kind of character, more than imperial stout.

This appears to be a toned-down version of the rye IPA they made in the fall. Bright pale gold-amber, medium head. Fruity hop nose. Chewy on the palate, lots of rye, along with pale malt. Hops have some fruitiness and a bit of old school English type herbaceousness. It’s well made but not my glass of beer.
