On tap at Callister, pours a cloudy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, some pine, and sweet biscuity malt. Flavour is sweet and hoppy, with resinous hops upfront, followed by a bit of pine, moderate dankness, and sweet biscuity malt. Sticky and sweet but not cloying. This is well-made.

On tap at Callister, pours black with a reddish tinge and a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of jelly upfront, with subdued roasted peanuts and a little roast. Flavour is more of the same, with jelly, toasted peanuts, and light roast. Fairly light on the palate for the a stout, with the different adjuncts well-situated. Not bad.

Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Cloudy orange-blond colour, almost muddy. Aroma of resiny and orangey hops. It has a big body, sweet but not thick; I'm not getting much from the malt, maybe vague bread. On one side the hopping Is juicy, with orange peel and light resin, on the other side there are some vegetables notes.
Rough but good.

Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Dark brown to black colour. Smell of foot, cardboard, roasted peanuts, light cookie. Dry mouthfeel, weak, with artificial nut flavour, roasty Stout base, and a bit of raspberry acidity.
Clumsy, and not pleasant. Artificial.

Amber, slightly dull, no haze, no head. Looks odd, for what it is supposed to be. Smells like key lime. Tastes like that and lactose. Maybe some slightly flabby malts but not enough- not enough balance or structure all round, really.

Murky blond colour. Sweet and fruity, orange juice, with a light herbal touch (thyme). A bit artificial, but reasonably good.

Clean golden colour. Mild aroma of lime. Oily mouthfeel, the salt is quite steing, and doesn't mix well with the "key lime pie", I suspect that the key lime pie doesn't mix well with itself either. Cleaning product.
Unpleasant.

On tap at Callister Brewing. Has a clear gold body with no head. Aroma is heavy ginger with cardamom on the nose. Flavour is big ginger with some cloying candy sweetness that leans towards laundry detergen. Mouthfeel is full but not crisp. This is unbalanced and needs work.

On tap at the brewery. Nice cloudy yellow orange with a hint of foam. Smells heavily of hoppy juicy sweetness. Flavour is chewy hops surrounded by sugar. Medium finish, very swèet.okay but very hoppy for a gose.
