Deep brown body and modest foam. Fruity peanut butter on the nose with hints of wet caramel. Taste is surely peanut butter, bready even, but finishing way too watery. Seems like a half finished beer.

Has soft sweet hops on the nose and plenty of chewy sugar, there's cloudy white tiny foam. Flavour is odd floral notes mixed with expired salsa, tomato, whatever the hell this is it isn't pleasant and there's an awkward cloying aftertaste. Just bad from all around.

Nice foam, good clear medium to darker brown body and modest carbonation. Smells of chewy malt, fake pancake syrup, boozy liqueur, pumpernickel, vague vegetably hops. Flavour is chewy malt, syrupy and thick, pan seared brown sugar. Full and bready, heavy, lingering adjuncts. A lot to ingest, would probably be good to cook with for a meat pie.

Pours very well, beautiful deep amber body with small bubbles and a nice solid yet creamy head. Really good wood, caramel, malt, sour flanders sweetness and sharp acidity on the nose. Flavour is straight ahead sour flanders but works very well, soft wood notes, very properly arranged. Full on the mouth. Surprisingly good, a great step in the right direction for these guys.

Bottle, numbered 163 of 480. Pours with a dark beige foam on a blackish brown body, no visible carbonation, foam density lacking. The smell is incredibly sweet dark chocolate, rum and raisins and all that stuff, you know the $4 Ritter Sport things you regret buying when you're outside the EU but they still taste damn good. Notes of motor oil and Blenz mocha coffee from their site on Granville which has been there like forever, smells like flies, but somehow still brings the homeless people in. Flavour is extra intense chocolate syrup, plenty of gooey cake, molasses, a bit of mousse. Nice smooth mouthfeel, nearing silk, not quite there but close. Alcohol is invisible. I had my doubts about this, and a lot of Good Buddy's beers are seriously lacking, but they can dig it when they go all in for a monster stout. Now if they could only get the low alcohol stuff moving in the right direction....

Has a murky brownish-orange muddy body and just a hint of foam. Soft chewy hop aroma. Flavour is alcohol and fake orange juice, maybe Grande Marnier if you're drunk enough. Middling finish. Okay, very sweet, not expertly brewed.

Orange and vanilla. Clear gold with almost no head. Intense syrupy orange and vanilla. Yup, a creamsicle. Sweet and sticky, not my thing.

Smells of murky coffee and sweet raspberry with barley, though all a little thin. Has a muddy black body with minimal head. Flavour is heavy coffee and sweet barley, overcharged sugar holding the thing together. Mouthfeel is full enough. The alcohol is hidden well but still overall awkward. Again, a generation of this brewer's children working on it night and day would really help flesh out this beer.

Has a nice sourness aroma though thin and the fruits are definitely peeking through but not by much. Has no foam and a murky ruby brown body. Flavour is good fruit and fake cream, somehow I find that incredibly attractive even though it's probably off putting to saner folk. Mouthfeel is kind of thin and should be fuller. There are some good things going on but this could be tweaked... like dudes, work on this for a generation and it'll ease out some kinks.

47,3 cl can @ Timo A’s Go Nucks! tasting Aroma has grapefruit and pineapple juice. Flavour has tropical fruits, pineapple juice and mild floury tones on some sips. A NEIPA on the sweet side.
