Sweet flavour of chocolate malt, raisin, plum, prune, fig, clove, Belgian yeast and a hint of rum in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily to watery texture and soft carbonation. A little thin for the style and the rum was too subtle, but malt forward and tasty.
