Description
We are two brothers that grew up in Calgary, loving comic books, science fiction and video games. We have merged our childhood passions with our adult passion for making (and drinking) incredible beer - so we created a brewery that celebrates the nerdier side of life.
Our art is comic inspired, our beer names are nerdy and we've surrounded ourselves with great people who will debate exactly how Squirrel Girl defeated Galactus.
Zero Issue Brewing officially launched on July 1, 2017 and is now serving up many great beers. Come join us for a pint in our taproom - we'd love to see you!

473ml can. Pours an opaque black with a medium, creamy, long lasting, tan head that leaves curtains of lace. Semi-sweet aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate and coffee. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, caramel, dark chocolate, licorice, ash, earth and coffee in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a creamy, smooth texture and soft carbonation. Enjoyable, full of flavour.

On tap at Zero Issue, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light lime and a touch of pineapple. Flavour is quite limey, with subdued pineapple, lacto, and saline. Lime and seltzer on the finish. Okay.

On tap at Zero Issue, pours a clear peachy pink with a small white head. Aroma is dominated by the lavender upfront, with a little lime and lacto. Flavour is very salty, with lots of saline, a touch of grapefruit, and loads of soapy lavender. Fun stuff, but it's rather soapy and salty. Meh.

473ml can. Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Sweet fruity aroma of biscuit malt, orange, pineapple, peach, mango and pine. Sweet fruity flavour of caramel malt, pineapple, peach, mango, orange rind and pine resin in a dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Light body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Crushable and surprisingly very flavourful for a 3.9% ABV beer. A very good ISA.

473ml can. Pours a hazy salmon colour with a medium, foamy, short lived, pale pink head that leaves spotty lacing. Mild, tart aroma of wheat malt, generic berry, lemon and light brine. Sweet flavour of wheat malt, lemon, field berries and salt in a dry, mild tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Easy to drink, but in REALITY this was just ok.
