Jet brown with a decent light brown head. Coffee and roast notes. Chocolate and nice coffee notes with a light body. Solid.

Draught at the brewery
Clean blond colour. Light malt aroma. It's fairly dry, some crisp malt flavour, and indeed it has a bit of that Brut IPA character; herbaceous hops.
It's a bit light for the style, it could as well be mistaken for a Lager.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy to murky blond colour, compact head. The hop is mildly fruity (stone fruit), the malt base is not impressive, there is some residual sweetness, luckily no chalk; correct bitterness, with a hint of vegetables. The alcohol is noticeable.
Ok Hazy.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy pale blond colour. Soft and sweet malt, some hay, some wildflower honey, also a hint of glue; the bitterness level is ok, in the low side for the style.
Nothing exciting, but decent.

Draught at the brewery
Murky blond colour with orange hue. Moderately sour, lightly fruity, the rhubarb is more evident, the pear not so much. Refreshing.

Same problem with this one as all of this brewer's bottles - it pours way too foamy. When settle down it looks quite nice though, with a semi-foggy yellow body. The aroma is fresh rhubarb with white wine notes. Flavour is a fresh acidic rhubarb and very soft pear hints. Full on the mouth. Acidity isn't too excessive but getting there. Otherwise this is quite nice.

Seems to be a common theme with these brewer's bombers that they are hard to pour, way too much foam though what does come out looks absolutely excellent. There's good molasses on the nose, though there are rancid notes coming through just slightly which may confirm my suspicion that these bottles are on their way to being skunked so I'd better drink them sooner than later. So much for cellaring. Flavour is a thin and sweet barley with a bit of vinegar kick. Mouthfeel is nice and dry. This isn't bad at all, would probably be better fresh from the tap at the brewery.

This thing looks amazing though the pour was slow - pure cream puff bliss with the foam and a semi-foggy yellow body, though it took some patience to get it that way. Nice floral hops on the nose, hints of potpourri, rosewater, vague caramel. Flavour is subtle hops and nothing else. Mouthfeel leaves hints of tin, sadly. A good start leads to a mediocre finish, but there's still some impressive things going on here.

This poured with way too much foam, there is absolutely no reason for it to be that carbonated. The aroma is nice lactose and blueberry though, and the body was a deep purple. Flavour is fresh blueberries and a nice level of sourness. Crisp finish. It's decent and drinkable, a shame about the overfoaming.
